العلاقة بين التضخم وسعر الصرف والصاد ا رت دراسة تحليلية قياسية – للاقتصاد المصري

المستخلص

        تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس العلاقة الكمية والسببية بين التضخم وسعر الصرف والصادرات في الاقتصاد المصري باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية السنوية خلال الفترة (1990-2023). استخدمت الدراسة اختبار جوهانسون للتكامل المشترك للتحقق من وجود علاقات تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة، ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ متعدد الاتجاهاتVector Error Correction Model (VECM) لتقدير العلاقات طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين المتغيرات، بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار السببية لجرانجر Granger Causality لتحديد اتجاه العلاقات السببية بين المتغيرات في الأجلين القصير والطويل. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن العلاقة بين الصادرات والتضخم على المدى الطويل كانت سلبية، حيث يؤثر كل منهما سلبيًا على الآخر. وأن العلاقة بين التضخم وسعر الصرف كانت هي الأخرى سلبية. وأن سعر الصرف يؤثر سلبيًا على الصادرات، بينما تؤثر الصادرات إيجابيًا على سعر الصرف. أما في الأجل القصير، تتأثر الصادرات في الفترة الحالية إيجابيًا بالصادرات المحققة في الفترات السابقة سواء مع وجود فترة إبطاء زمني أو فترتين، كما تتأثر الصادرات في الفترة الحالية سلبيًا بسعر الصرف المحقق في الفترات السابقة مع وجود فترة إبطاء زمني واحدة، ويتأثر سعر الصرف في الفترة الحالية إيجابيًا بسعر الصرف المحقق في الفترات السابقة مع وجود فترة إبطاء زمني واحدة. وتوضح نتائج علاقات السببية في الأجل القصير أنه توجد علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه بين سعر الصرف والصادرات؛ مما يعني أن التغيرات في سعر الصرف تسبب تغيرات في الصادرات وليس العكس، كما توجد علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه بين التضخم والصادرات؛ مما يعني أن التغيرات في التضخم تسبب تغيرات في الصادرات وليس العكس، وأن تغيرات سعر الصرف والتضخم معًا يسببان تغيرات في الصادرات؛ كذلك توجد علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه بين سعر الصرف والتضخم في الأجل القصير، مما يعني أن التغيرات في سعر الصرف تسبب تغيرات في التضخم. أما في الأجل الطويل، توجد علاقة سببية بين التضخم وسعر الصرف، والصادرات؛ حيث إن تغير التضخم وسعر الصرف يسببان تغير الصادرات؛ وأن تغير الصادرات وسعر الصرف يسببان تغير التضخم. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة اتباع سياسات نقدية تعمل على تحقيق الاستقرار في سعر الصرف, وتعزيز سياسات مكافحة التضخم، مثل التحكم في العرض النقدي، وتشديد الرقابة على الأسواق المحلية لضمان استقرار الأسعار.
